"Twice I have had the
opportunity to travel to Africa. In 1995 I went to South
Africa to travel and attend a wedding and in 1997 I went
to Malawi as part of a Presbyterian Choir. Both trips
were quite wonderful and the hospitality I received was
marvelous. Below are a few links and some of my memories

In August of 2004 the Rev. Dan Merry and family
took the big step and moved to the city of Blantyre in the southern
part of Malawi. Dan was one of the leaders of the Partnership Trip
that I took in 1997. I admire their step of faith and hope to keep in
touch with them during the next year. Dan, his wife and 2 daughters
will be linked via the internet with the Pittsburgh
Presbytery. My prayers are with the Merry family and I hope to
hear from them soon. Here are a few of their photos.
